All summer long, I tried to take the East River Ferry home from work on Friday. It takes longer than the subway, but the view is beautiful and I like to feel the wind in my hair. This past Friday, I stopped into a deli on my walk to the ferry dock, and bought a cheap cup of coffee and a Rice Krispie Treat. The coffee was delicious, but the treat was stale. I was so disappointed! So today I made some at home, and they were amazing. I highly recommend adding sprinkles. Add them at the last moment, because the hot marshmallow will melt them, and then toss a few on top, for extra color!
